Howard University offers a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising program, which focuses on buying, selling, visual merchandising and retail management aspects related to the fashion industry. University of North Texas in Denton

UNT’s School of Merchandising and Hospitality Management offers a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with specialization areas such as textiles for apparel, fashion theory and introductory apparel merchandising.
